Welcome.
Are you navigating loss or life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed or stuck?
Perhaps you are seeking the opportunity to reflect and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and how you experience life, both internally and in relationship with others, so that you can live more vitally?
I offer a warm, inclusive, confidential and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your feelings, experiences and identity. Together, we can develop a trusting therapeutic relationship grounded in acceptance, attunement, and curiosity.
By exploring your present, past and social context, with insight and thoughtful challenge, you can gain awareness and a deeper understanding of longstanding patterns that no longer serve you and discover the choices available to you. The process can be challenging, addressing difficult emotions and behaviours, as well as deeply rewarding, leading to profound personal transformation, improved relationships and living more fully.

Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling with Sara Vazquez Browne
I am a relational integrative psychotherapist, drawing from both psychodynamic and person-centred approaches. Our therapy sessions will centre your needs—you will be heard, and you’ll have space to unpack and process your experiences, gain insight into yourself, heal, and explore your choices and what you want in life.
Our work together can also include creativity, if and when you feel open to it. Creative exploration can offer fresh perspectives and access to emotions and insights that may be difficult to reach through words alone.
I welcome and affirm all diverse, intersectional identities. My practice is explicitly anti-oppressive and grounded in an awareness of how broader social and cultural systems impact our lives and our mental health. I hold a Gender, Sex and Relationship Diverse (GSRD) accredited postgraduate diploma in integrative counselling.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their professional code of ethics.
