As an experienced Clinical Psychologist, I offer integrative therapy to help people understand themselves more meaningfully and develop, grow and strengthen their connections (to self, others, and life more broadly).
My extensive experience and doctorate training mean I can support people at any time in their life, whether things feel intense and overwhelming, or steady and stable.
Psychotherapy with Dr Cerys Bradley-Scott (DClinPsy)
I believe psychological wellbeing is key to a fulfilling life and when your well-being is off-kilter, it can be hard to change things without help. I provide a warm, supportive and trusting therapeutic space to help you explore your inner world (thoughts, feelings, beliefs), allow space to understand patterns that may be contributing to distress, and build new coping strategies to empower you across your life.

- Anxiety
- Depression and mood issues

Psychotherapy Training & Professional Membership
I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy, 2017) at Salomon’s Institute after my Psychology MA (2012) at Edinburgh University.
My private practice developed from a decade working in the NHS where I provide consultation, psychotherapy and supervision for people with complex mental health needs (e.g., trauma, PTSD, OCD and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, mood disorders, psychosis and attachment difficulties).
My style is integrative, meaning I am trained broadly across therapy modalities at a doctoral level, and tailor these to meet your personal needs and strengths. The models I draw most from are Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
I have completed additional intensive training in Dialectical Behaviour therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Dissociation, Depersonalisation and Derealisation. I have experience working with people across ages, backgrounds and cultures.
I am professionally accredited by the BCP and HCPC, and registered with Aviva and Axa insurance providers.
