It’s at times like these when we might feel unable to seek help from friends or family and decide that it would be more helpful to talk to someone who can bring a confidential and professional focus to our concerns.
I help my clients to understand, manage and overcome issues such as stress, anxiety, relationship problems and grief. I also have a special interest in Parenting, Perinatal Psychotherapy, Infertility, Assisted Reproduction and Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy.

I hold several degrees and am a registered member of the BACP – British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy which is the largest professional body in its field in the UK. It ensures all its members are appropriately trained, qualified and adhere to their strict code of ethics for practitioners. I undertake regular CPD in line with the requirements of the BACP.
I have comprehensive insurance and hold a fully enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service certificate which allows me to work with children.
I am a member of the British Infertility Counselling Association, The World Association for Infant Mental Health and the Women’s Voices Panel of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.

Free initial consultation (30 mins)
Individuals £80.00 per session (50 minutes)
Couples £100.00 per session (50 minutes)
I offer a limited number of reduced fee appointments for people on lower incomes.
